Body-composition screening helper

Check the waist-to-height screening calculation using non-identifying measurements. This is a planning check—not an official assessment, PFT/CFT score or BCP determination.

Use measurements taken under the official procedure. The calculation rounds each measurement down to the nearest half inch. Do not include names, identifiers, medical conditions or medical records.

MARADMIN 073/26 sets the WHtR benchmark at ≤0.52 for all Marines. An above-benchmark result requires the prescribed further evaluation; it does not automatically mean BCP assignment. Follow current official tables and evaluator procedures. Do not use this tool for a medical recommendation.

Use the official standards page for current scoring tables and NAVMC 11622. Combat-arms PFT requirements changed in 2026; this tool does not apply older scoring tables or invent exemptions.
