Current-change reminders
- Report schedule and omission: HQMC currently lists updated Appendix A plus MARADMIN 634/23 and MARADMIN 209/26. Verify the occasion before deciding a report is required or omitted.
- Senior enlisted format: MARADMIN 595/24 changed sergeant major and master gunnery sergeant reports to the five-page format effective 1 January 2025.
- Directed comments/adverse matters: do not improvise them. Use current PES guidance and command review.
- JEPES: factual command-input notes should support, not manufacture, the chain of command’s evaluation.
