What the example is for

The goal is to show hierarchy and flow. It is not a substitute for the current directive-management manual, command review, legal review when required, or the approving authority.

Build the Word structure

Directive Studio is designed to create native Word headings, multilevel numbering, page and section breaks, headers, footers, and a usable Navigation Pane rather than a visually imitated first page.
