NAVY ADMIN GUIDE

Navy Letterhead Format

Why letterhead causes formatting problems

Copied Word files often contain spaces, text boxes, or manual line breaks that look centered but move when the document changes. Use stable paragraph formatting instead.

Build from clean fields

Enter the command information once in the builder rather than editing an old letterhead one space at a time.
