Navy Letterhead Example

A letterhead example is useful for understanding where the command identity and address belong, but official letterhead must use the correct command information and any locally approved treatment.

What an example should show

Two-line addresses

Long addresses often require more than one line. The goal is a balanced official heading, not forcing the full address into a single crowded line.

Do not copy another command’s heading

Use the example for layout only. Command names, addresses, seals, and identifiers must come from the organization’s current authoritative information.
